We completed this project back in 2018, it involved partial demolition of a 1950's bungalow, this was an extensive renovation to make it the amazing property it is today

The existing steel frame barn was used for agricultural purposes until planning went in for a class Q conversion. The barn was constructed in a way for long term use incorporating ground source and heat recovery systems, with the design for a large open plan kitchen and family area.

The existing Threshing barn was in poor repair and needed some serious TLC to get in back to its former glory, all the materials needed carefully consideration to meet the planning conditions of the grade 2 listed consent.

The existing barn was used for storage by the owners until they got planning for a class Q conversion making it into an excellent open plan building showcasing all the details where new meets the old.
