Alongside the main award, our apprentice Jack Howard-Nailor was named FMB Central Apprentice of the Year 2025, recognising his outstanding skill, progress and dedication to the trade. His achievement was also featured by the FMB and in local press — a proud moment for both Jack and the whole team.

A leaking, uninsulated agricultural barn with failing joinery, unstable oak posts, no services, and a layout unsuitable for modern living.

 

What we delivered:

A warm, airtight, beautifully finished three-bedroom home with a dramatic open-plan kitchen, bespoke feature staircase, and seamless blend of old timber and new materials.
