Some agricultural buildings qualify under Class Q permitted development. We can advise on feasibility and coordinate with planning consultants where full permission is required.

Most full conversions take six to twelve months depending on the structure, access and specification. We provide a programme at pre start and staged updates through build.

Typical full barn conversions range from £250,000 to £750,000 plus depending on structure, glazing, insulation strategy, services and level of finish. We generally take on projects from £50k to £1m.
